ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED
DISCRETIONARY EXCHANGES WITHIN 7 DAYS

Due to the nature of the business and federal health regulations all sales on hair extensions, crowns (wigs), and hair products are final!! No cancellations once an order has been submitted.
We take pride in our products and quality is our top priority. However, if you received a product that is truly faulty please notify us via email within 7 days from the date of purchase. We will provide you with instructions for an exchange. No exchanges are accepted if extensions have been altered in any way i.e. permed, cut, colored, band cut, worn, etc. According to the Federal Law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We will adhere to this policy with respect to hygiene concerns and federal law. If your exchange is granted, please send the item in the original condition that it was received.
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping.
CLASSES

Deposits paid for classes are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits are only transferable once to another class date within three months. If you need to reschedule, you must do so three days prior to your scheduled class date. If a deposit is paid and you do not attend class, your deposit will be forfeited.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS

There are NO REFUNDS on digital products once payment has been submitted.
SHIPPING DELAYS

If you have a deadline i.e. booked hair appointment, we highly encourage you to place your order in advance to allow unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
FAILED DELIVERIES

Please make sure you provide us with the most accurate address possible. Incomplete or incorrect shipping address is the major cause of delays. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
