2. Services & Bookings

Crownd Salon Studio provides hair and beauty services by appointment and/or walk-in where available.

3. Deposits & Payments

  • Deposits are applied toward your service total unless otherwise stated.

  • Remaining balances are due at the time of service.

Chargebacks/fraud: We reserve the right to block future bookings if fraudulent disputes occur.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Unless otherwise posted on the booking page:

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit and/or a fee.

  • Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.

We recommend confirming exact timing and policy notes shown during checkout, as some services may have stricter rules.

5. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients.

  • If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule and treat it as a late cancellation/no-show.

6. Client Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Disclose relevant hair/scalp conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or previous chemical treatments.

  • Follow stylist instructions for safe results.

  • Understand that certain outcomes depend on hair history and maintenance.

We are not responsible for results impacted by undisclosed conditions or failure to follow aftercare.

7. Refunds

Because services are personal and time-based:

  • No cash refunds after services are completed.

  • If you are unhappy, contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate and, if appropriate, offer an adjustment.

Products sold in-salon (if applicable) are returnable only if unopened and per posted return rules.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:
