Policies

1. All first-time clients are required to pay a $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to book an appointment. This applies to your very FIRST appointment only.
*Your deposit is deducted from your total after services are rendered.

 

2. A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book any install service. If you need to change the date and/or time, it must be done within 24 hours of scheduling or your deposit will be forfeited. Please be sure of the slot you select. Your deposit can only be transferred ONCE and only to another service of the same kind.

 

3. If you are getting extensions colored for your install, hair must be dropped off 1-2 weeks prior to your appointment. I DO NOT COLOR EXTENSIONS THE SAME DAY AS THE APPOINTMENT.

 

4. All services are by appointment only and must be booked online.

 

5. I accept Visa & Mastercard. If you are paying with cash, please visit the ATM prior to your arrival to avoid any inconvenience.

 

6. All NO CALL NO SHOW appointments will be charged a $25 fee which must be paid, in cash, prior to booking another appointment.

 

7. All cancellations require a 24 hour notice prior to date of scheduled service. If the client, for any unforeseen reason/circumstance, is unable to give notice it will be at the stylists discretion to waive any fees.

 

8. Each client is given a 15 minute grace period. If you are going to be late, please call. Failure to do so will result in a $15 late fee.


9. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you must reschedule your appointment for another available time slot, unless there is a time slot available immediately after your original scheduled appointment.

 

10. Crown'd The Salon is not responisible for hair damage or loss due to extensions being removed outside of the salon. There is a $25 charge to remove another stylists' install.
