How do I order?

You can order your Crown'd Custom Unit here on the site!! Simply click here to fill out the custom order form or select from the Pre-Designed Crowns or the Ready to Ship Crowns. Once your unit is designed and selected, a 50% deposit (half of your total purchase) is due to begin construction. Please upload or email, NOT TEXT, a picture(s) of your desired look and color of choice (if applicable) to iamcrownd@gmail.com. PLEASE PLACE YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER IN THE SUBJECT LINE . When your unit is complete you will be notified via text or email with finished pictures and at that time the remaining balance is due. A signature is required for all units being shipped. In the event a package is returned, the customer is responsible for all reshipment fees. Whats the processing time for units?

Standard turn around time is an estimated 2-3 weeks. WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE TURN AROUND TIMES!! Processing times may increase during sales. Rush options are not available. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information via USPS. Your package will be shipped to the shipping address provided at the time the order was placed. NO P.O. BOXES!! Crown'd Hair Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipping due to weather conditions, holidays, etc. In the event a package is returned to Crown'd Hair Boutique, the customer is responsible for all reshipment fees. Please contact your local post office if there are any concerns regarding your package once it is shipped. 

Can I send my own hair?

Of course! You are more than welcomed to provide your own hair for your unit. If so, please fill out the CUSTOM ORDER FORM to place your order. When shipping your hair, please have bundles labeled by length (if not new bundles). After purchasing your unit, please email details of your package and tracking number to iamcrownd@gmail.com and place your name and order number in the subject line. Crown'd Hair Boutique will not be responsible for figuring out who the package belongs to. Signature confirmation is not required but is recommended if you would like to know the exact time and date your package is picked up. Purchasing insurance for your package is not required but is highly recommended in case your package gets lost in the mail. Construction starts 1-2 business days after your hair is received. Can I exercise in my unit?

Yes! That's one of the many reasons units are chosen. It is a great way to protect and give your natural hair a break while working out. Make sure you shampoo and condition your hair underneath more frequently when working out.

Can I color my Crown'd Custom Unit?

Of course! Crown'd Custom Units are made with 100% virgin hair. But we highly recommend you seek a skilled professional for coloring.





We can not guarantee the exact style and/or color as a photo but we will try our best to come close. You will need to style or re-style your unit upon receiving it. After taking it out of the box, it will need a little TLC. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Wig Repair

You are given a one-time free wig repair service within 3 months after your purchase. After the 3 months, all wig repairs are subject to charge. Contact Shemika with any concerns and confirm before returning or dropping off to be repaired. Wig repair fees vary depending on the nature if the repair. The repair time can be up to 21 days. You are responsible for all shipping charges. 


Please be sure of your Crown'd Custom Unit purchase. Due to the nature of the business, all deposits and any payments rendered are FINAL and non-refundable and credits are not available. 


Once your unit is complete, you have 15 days to pay the final payment. If payment is not received,  your order will be sold and all funds rendered will be forfeited. Please notify us and make other arrangements if necessary.
